Let’s face it- I am not a fashion icon and I don’t usually pay any attention at all to fashion. I wear what I like and what feels comfortable. But it has been hard to not notice the fact that patchwork is EVERYWHERE right now!
I wonder how it started. . . is it just a return of the 70’s fashion trend or did it get kicked off by the quilt coat trend?
No matter how it started, it is HOT right now, so jump on the bandwagon while you can!!!
Most of these images came from QVC and Amazon. Seriously if you search for patchwork you will be surprised what you get for results. We love our hobby- let’s extend it to our wardrobe!!!

Cool! I am drawn to the button-down shirt as there are usually opportunities for color-blocking with the yoke, pocket, placket, collar, etc. I have a couple patterns in mind that I own.
